For my first soup, I chose an easy one that I make all the time cabbage soup.

It’s delicious, it’s easy to make, and the I keep the ingredients on hand because there’s a lot of tasty, easy dishes to make with them.
But …
It’s pretty intense to cook AND make content. I didn’t take enough pictures, I hadn’t figured out how to account for the places where I didn’t follow the recipe, and I hadn’t figured out how to share the recipes without seeming to take credit for them.
The soup came out great but I needed to plan better. So tomorrow is Wednesday (again?! already?!) and I’m making chili.
